Appreciative Inquiry for Worship Team

As ECBC members, we share narratives and stories that make us who we are as a church. Similarly, God uniquely formed the worship team through the narratives we share. However, there could be a disconnection between who we think we are and who God created us to be. An Appreciative Inquiry helps us discover the narratives and dreams we share as a whole and subsequently helps us discern God's callings for us and how we can co-labour with God and each other as a team and a church.

An Appreciative Inquiry has four parts: Discover, Dream, Design, and Delivery. Please fill out the form before our meeting on Sunday, July 7. We will be meeting in room 115 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Please try your best to make the meeting.
